After 14 years in corporate, mostly in data and automotive, I hit my glass ceiling and quit.With no plan.I was fed up with squeezing myself into someone else’s systems and chasing approvals for my ideas. Also, with astonishingly bad leadership.So, I launched a podcast, quit my job and created Venturing Women, a platform for female founders. Then invested in three startups as an angel.Berlin winters made me miserable, so I began escaping them - that's how my nomadic life started.I won't shut up about my messy transition from employee to entrepreneur. That's how Off Script was born.It is for those of us who don’t fit the mould and are done pretending we do.Let’s go off script!
